Try this simple breathwork practice to anchor into trust:

• Close your eyes and visualise a golden glow around your heart, like a radiant sun.

• Inhale, silently saying: “I have unwavering faith in the Universe.” Feel the golden light swell and expand.

• Exhale, saying: “I have absolute faith and trust.” Imagine the golden glow radiating outward into the Universe.

• Repeat, like the rhythm of waves on the sand.
